What is the best way to come off the cleanse? Should i be careful what i eat and how much the 1st day off the cleanse?
When you first come off the cleanse, you want to take it easy. Try starting with adding some vegetable or fruit juices and some raw veggies and fruits, salads. Then add cooked veggies. And so on. Try and avoid eating processed refined foods for as long as possible to get the most benefit.

Elizabeth, not sure on that one. It is definitely not what Dr. Burroughs used. Is there only cayenne in the extract? I think most extracts have alcohol in them.
Krista, most people try and do the cleanse for 10 days. I’m sure you can easily drop between 5-10 lbs during that time since you basically won’t be eating, but it is not the idea weight loss diet. You will gain most of that weight back once you start eating again.
