Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe

Put the lid on the saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes covered. When the peppers are very tender, take off the heat and let cool. Put the peppers and vinegar into a food processor. Process until the peppers until they are smooth. Taste the processed peppers on a corn chip, rice, bread or a slice of cucumber. Add salt as desired.
